Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt (for Bysolomon-branded products).
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be in new condition (unused and undamaged).
Include original packaging, all accessories, and any accompanying documents (if applicable).

Follow Instructions: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address.
Returns are not accepted for the following categories:
Discounted or promotional items.
Clearance items (unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase).
Personalized or custom-made items.
Hygienic items, if their packaging has been opened.
Gift or bonus items, if the main item is returned without them.
Items fulfilled by partners (Modalyst) are subject to the supplier’s return policy.
Modalyst works with various suppliers, and their return policies may vary in terms of conditions and timeframes.
Most suppliers allow returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are in new condition, with original packaging, and any safety seals intact.
We will contact the supplier to confirm the return and provide you with the address and further instructions.
Return shipping costs for dropshipping items may be the customer’responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
